The Movement

This is about the closest thing to sanity that we could hope to stand behind at this point in human society. This is not a political movement, it is a humanistic movement; a natural stance for those of us who would like to see our species continue it’s existence. It preaches that the intelligent management of the world’s resources is our only chance for long-term survival. It speaks of a moneyless society and the benefits that would unfold for all people as a result. The world’s problems could be solved rationally and empirically in a state of perpetually improving technology which allow us to reach unfathomable heights. After all, why shoot for the moon when we could shoot past it, and past it, and past it?

Briefly, the movement is the masterworks of Zeitgeist film creator Peter Joseph, a self-trained and taught advertising professional who is putting his skills to work educating the world about the past, the present and the future of our society. His two films, “Zeitgeist” and “Zeitgeist – Addendum” have conjured him a massive following which he is channeling into this growing movement. He has teamed up with futurist and inventor Jacque Fresco, proprietor of “The Venus Project”, which is a highly planned alternative to current world governance.
