Welcome to Doni Music!
DISCLAIMER: For those of you who already know me, please ignore the following attempt to pump myself up into something cooler than I actually am.
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Doni. I’m a guy who likes to make sound and noise, which sometimes forms into songs and then, if I’m lucky, entire ALBUMS! I’m also a DJ and a drummer. Just ask my neighbors!!
So by now you are thinking something like, “oh great, another hack musician trying to jam his music down my throat.” To which I reply, “don’t be silly, we all know that an average sized CD won’t fit down anybodies throat. Mini-disc, maybe, but not a CD.”
Ok the truth is that I’d rather not work 9-5 each day for the rest of my life. Actually I don’t even want to work at all. So uhhhhhh I’m just going to make music instead… yes, DAD it IS that simple.
But I’m not just some selfish musician in it for a quick buck. No, I am a man of the people. In fact, I’m always thinking about the people. That’s why I have gone out of my way to craft a series of mixes in a variety different styles for you, the people, and your listening pleasure. Since I’m so people focused, I’m even going to do this FREE OF CHARGE!! Isn’t that wicked? It’s for real! Did I mention I’m doing this for the people?
As you might expect, Doni Music is all about changing lives. Our motto is, “As long as there are lives, we are going to be all about changing them.” Good golly that line is a catchy one. But just why and how does Doni Music want to change lives? Let us begin this explanation with a short story told from the viewpoint of Doni himself:
“When I first started making music, I was frustrated. It was hard! So many programs, so many synths, where in the hizzle was I supposed to start? It took me several years to get to where I wanted to be, and I always thought that if I could have had some guidance in some sort of digestible format to help me figure out what I needed to get my music experiment going then I would have been much better off. This is exactly why I am constantly developing the solution for the would-be superstar: The Doni Music Production School! This is the answer for those of you who got the music inside, but just don’t know how to get the results they want in their productions. The best thing about these guides is you do not need to be a fricking SCIENTIST to understand how to apply their teachings. Scientists, pullllleeeessssse. Quit trying to rip us off OK??!!..”
